The Mancomunitat de la Ribera Alta welcomes the new president of our organisation, Paqui Momparler Orta. Her career is an example of dedication and service to our region. Years of experience, commitment and passion for our land and dedication to its inhabitants are the basis of all her work.
As mayor, she has worked tirelessly to improve the quality of life of the citizens of Ribera Alta. Her commitment to equality, sustainability and economic development are values shared by the regional body. The Mancomunitat de la Ribera Alta is an organisation that brings together municipalities and people in the pursuit of common goals. In this new phase, we will achieve great things and build a prosperous future for Ribera Alta.
We would like to take this opportunity to share our president’s words of greeting:
I would like to thank you for visiting the Mancomunitat de la Ribera Alta website. This is a public information space that aims to raise awareness of all the effort and dedication that the Association puts into improving services and developing joint projects. It also aims to involve you in new initiatives that promote the well-being of the residents of the region.
I accept the challenge of the Presidency, convinced of the importance of municipalism and the task of cooperation and territorial cohesion that must be carried out by the Mancomunitat. For this reason, we will seek models that reflect the reality of all the member municipalities, in order to efficiently and effectively resolve the problems that affect us and thus be able to initiate new strategies that benefit our towns and cities.
Finally, we want this space to provide an open window for the inhabitants of our region to learn about our association and also to provide a channel of communication so that we can continue to work together to build a region of which we feel great pride and a sense of belonging.
