The president of the Mancomunitat Ribera Alta, Paqui Momparler Orta, was present at the 6th Nit de la Ribera (6th Night of La Ribera), held last Friday in Polinyà de Xúquer.
During the event, the 41st Trobada de Centres d’Ensenyament en Valencià (Meeting of Valencian Language Education Centres) was presented, which will be held this year in Alzira on 19 April, with the slogan ‘Tenim història, som futur’ (We have history, we are the future).
The work of the educational communities of La Ribera, pioneers in the implementation of teaching in Valencian, was highlighted, consolidating a model based on our language that has evolved to become a benchmark for pedagogical quality and academic success.
The 6th Nit de la Ribera featured an awards ceremony and music in Valencian. Congratulations to all the winners!
